It started with a dream for a cape cod style house for the next chapter of my life and I ended up with a commercial kitchen to create the perfect side hustle.  My husband, PJ and I, were house shopping in the Williamsburg, VA area and a cape cod was on my mind.  Our realtor reached out with this unique property and while it was for sure the house of our dreams, it had a catch - a certified commercial kitchen on property.  

Phantom Junction Kitchen is not going to be just any ghost or commercial kitchen, but instead I am hoping to be a partner for our vendors.  A place to prep, clean up, and get ready for that next event.  I want to come alongside a caterer, a food truck or just a foodie with a dream and be a space that helps grow their business to that next level.
